Prestwood Station

Prestwood station is on the branch line from Russ Hill to Tilgate. It is a sleepy country station with three platform roads. At the Southern end of the station single lines arrive from Russ Hill (running into Platforms 1 or 2) and Jordan’s carriage sidings (accessing Platforms 2 or 3). At the Northern end the now double line to Tilgate continues north and a double line curves away to the right heading for Birchfield Goods Yard and docks.
